Electromagnetic toxicity is a known side effect of excessive exposure to electromagnetic fields, especially among sensitive individuals. The FCC has been called a "captured agency" by the Harvard University School of Ethics due to its revolving door policy of hiring from the industry which it attempts to regulate. It's standards have been ridiculed in court in 2019 when the iPhone 11 was tested to have twice the allowed radiation by the FCC.
The judge reprimanded Apple's attorney's saying "I can't believe the FCC would be that dumb. That's a terrible rule." Judge Alsup was referring to the safety guidelines and refused to dismiss the case scheduling a trial for July 2021.
