These Natural Foods Boost The Neuro-Chemical Which Inspires You

If you ever feel low energy in your daily routine than it’s likely related to your levels of this important neuro-chemical. Dopamine is one of many important neuro-chemicals to keep in balance.

There are some great foods and other natural ways of keeping these in balance – for dopamine the amino acid tyrosine is very important. I just found this list of foods for boosting tyrosine so I’ve been playing around with these.

Foods That Increase Dopamine

Dopamine is made from the amino acid tyrosine. Eating a diet high in tyrosine  will ensure you’ve got the  basic building blocks needed for dopamine production.
