SOOH - What To Do If I Get Sick?

CATEGORIES:

Hospitals have become warzones in the US and likely many other countries on the planet right now. They are losing staff like crazy (due to illegal vaccine mandates that are being actively challenged in many US courts). There are so many court cases it's nearly impossible to keep up with them all (unless you are litigating on many of them like Robert Barnes!).

Look, I'm not a doctor but it does seem like a logical first step even when having symptoms of a cold or flu is to stay away from the hospital. Most hospitals are operating from a protocol that involves running a Covid PCR test (yes, the one that has been recalled) and if it comes up positive to disconnect you from your family and friends and toss you in the covid ward. Once there you'll be pumped with remdesivir and other toxic and deadly drugs and potentially pushed against your will onto a ventilator to your likely death.

I'm working hard on reviewing a new study from a European group of doctors including a number of pathologists who have evaluated 40 autopsies of people that died within 2 weeks of getting a covid shot. This is a huge bombshell but it's a large undertaking to review their material so it's easier to understand the impact of this so that's coming soon. In the meantime here's a review of the recent episode of Critically Thinking with Dr T and Dr P.

I'm not a medical doctor and don't give health advice but here are my notes from this call (which I attend weekly when I can fit it in) are as follows:

  • Stay away from the hospital
  • Avoid booster or any covid shots
  • Nebulizer with food grade H202
  • Lugols or nascent Iodine (couple drops when nebulizing)
  • Vitamin D 50,000 IU packs for short term use high dose
  • Ascorbate Vitamin C for high dosing or liposomal vitamin C
  • Selenium (I take 400 mcg per day)
  • L-Lysine
  • NAC - N-Acetyl Cysteine
  • Zinc
  • Quercetin
  • Pulse Oximeter
  • Thermometer
  • Low EMF Far Infrared Sauna
  • Warm Baths (Epsom Salt, Baking Soda)
  • Get out in nature and ground yourself but cover your neck with scarf when it's cold!
  • Exercise - HIIT
  • Turn off your WiFi
  • Try not to isolate and open your heart to community
  • Ivermectin
  • Hydroxy Chloroquine

You can tune in and hear the opinions of these great doctors here. They include Dr Sherri Tenpenny, Dr Larry Palevsky, and Dr Lee Merritt.
